Industry Associations

We are involved in industry associations on a National, State and Local level. We support these associations by our participation in meetings, sitting as board members and even as elected officers.

Marketing

We use a cloud-based database and outbound marketing application that holds close to 7000 records to send targeted marketing campaigns to existing customers and leads. This allows us flexibility and efficient delivery of information to our customers. From this database we can extract important customer information and send product updates and bulletins that apply to specific dealers segments.

Training Programs

We are firm believers in the “train the trainer” concept and our team attends factory product trainings when available. This helps ensure that we have the most current product knowledge available to better assist our customers. As a company, we have completed over 3500 training modules presented by our vendor partners and have the ability to offer live online training classes or webinars for our customers.

National Trade Shows

Industry events we attend include: CEDIA ,CES, ISC, ASIS, ESX, ASIS, NFPA, Infocomm, California Alarm Association, EH Expo, & BICSI.

In addition to these events we sponsor and regularly hold our own regional events including PSR distributor lunch and learn programs and product showcases.

We strive to support our partners in growing their business by assiting in designing and implementing the best technologies for their projects. Our sales efforts focus on the following Keys and Target accounts:

  • SDM Top 100 Dealers & Integrators, National Accounts, CAA Members ,CEPro Top 100, PSA Members, Security Control Manufactures dealer groups, Low Voltage integrators who specialize in Smart Home Technology, A&E firms, AHJ, IT Professionals, K-12 Projects, and Wholesale Distributors.
